Project Description
GISD Ball High School is a public secondary school in Galveston, Texas, United States. It was named after George Ball, a prominent figure in Galveston's history. Since its founding in 1884, it has played a significant role in the community it serves. It provides students from a wide range of backgrounds with a comprehensive high school education. It also sustained a supportive and inclusive environment where students can explore their interests, develop critical thinking skills, and achieve their full potential.
In this project, it involves carefully planning and specifying various structural elements for construction projects. This includes detailing beams, elevator steel, and roof access ladders to ensure they meet design specifications. Divider beams, elevator sill angles, and supports for doors and partitions are also carefully designed and integrated into detailed drawings. It ensures that every component is accurately planned and executed to support the overall structural integrity and functionality of the building being constructed.
