Project Overview

Conroe Business Park is a large-scale commercial and industrial development located in Conroe, Texas, designed to attract diverse businesses and promote regional economic growth. Spanning over 2000 feet in length and 720 feet in breadth, the facility provides flexible infrastructure for manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing operations.

The project emphasizes sustainable and collaborative growth, integrating eco-friendly construction practices to minimize environmental impact while fostering innovation and entrepreneurship in the region.

Structures Online (SOL) played a critical role in detailing the project’s steel framework—from anchor bolt systems and connection components to dock assemblies and access structures. Our team’s precise modeling and coordination ensured that every element met stringent safety standards, functional requirements, and construction efficiency goals.

Scope of Work

Anchor Bolt Detailing
Anchor bolts were meticulously detailed to secure primary steel members to the foundation, providing structural stability and alignment across the large building footprint.

Main Structural Framework
The main framing system incorporated wide-flange beams and girders designed with circular web openings to accommodate fire sprinkler piping. This approach ensured seamless integration of MEP systems without compromising structural performance.

Dock Leveler Bays and Stairs
Multiple dock leveler bays were modeled to facilitate efficient loading and unloading operations. Accompanying dock stairs were detailed to enhance worker safety and circulation between levels.

Vertical Access Ladder System
A roof-access ladder system with a mid-landing platform was included for safe maintenance access. The assembly was detailed for compliance with OSHA standards, ensuring durability and ease of installation.
