Project Overview

The Brazoria County CE project involved comprehensive steel detailing for a multi-level structure incorporating primary framing, floor systems, and access components. The project required accurate coordination between structural members, connection interfaces, and access systems to ensure constructability and efficient erection.

Structures Online (SOL) delivered detailed 3D models and fabrication-ready drawings, focusing on alignment, connection accuracy, and seamless integration across multiple structural systems.

Scope of Work

· Primary Structural Steel Framework

The primary framing system includes columns, beams, and girders forming a coordinated multi-level structure, detailed for accurate alignment and erection.

· Floor Framing System

Secondary beam systems were detailed to form floor grids, with precise beam-to-beam and beam-to-column connections ensuring compatibility and structural integrity.

· Bracing System

Extensive bracing systems were modeled with accurate member orientation, gusset plate connections, and end conditions to maintain structural stability.

· Multi-Level Staircase System

Stair assemblies including stringers, treads, and landings were detailed across multiple levels with accurate connection interfaces to the main structure.

· Ladder Access System

Vertical ladder systems were modeled with proper support brackets and connections to structural members, ensuring safe and efficient access.

· Connection Detailing

All connections including base plates, anchor rods, splice connections, and gusset assemblies were fully detailed for fabrication readiness.
